To book, please call or email us to request a provisional booking and confirm by post with a completes booking form and appropriate deposit.
How to book at Belchamps
Telephone and e-mail bookings are held for 4 weeks and should be confirmed within this time by sending the appropriate deposit by post. All cheque's should be made payable to “Belchamps”. Please include SAE if a receipt is required.
All deposits and booking forms should be sent to Belchamps Scout Centre, Holyoak Lane, Hawkwell, Hockley, Essex, SS5 4JD

During the summer holidays and bank holidays the office is open 9am - 5pm every day.
